Finishing & Assembly

Over the past sixty years that Kemlows has been producing casting based components, many finishing requirements have been undertaken for our customers.

Our in-house finishing and assembly capabilities include hydraulic pressing, drilling, reaming, broaching, burnishing, insert insertion, multi-drilling, tapping, vibro de-burring and shotblasting.

Our hydraulic pressing capability ranges from 5 Tonnes up to 50 Tonnes.

Kemlows can also offer a fully managed subcontracted finishing service. Backed up by a fully audited preferred supplier list, any painting, plating or finishing requirement can be catered for and closely controlled in line with customer quality control systems.

From ingot through to casting, machining, finishing, and final assembly into the display box ready for shelf display, this is all available through Kemlows.
