The latest version of PiQ2 3d flow simulation software has been purchased. This enables accurate flow simulation to be generated before any tool steel is cut. This drastically reduces development time within the foundry.

New Twin Spindle Turning Centre
Kemlows have invested in a new Spinner TTC300-52-SMMCY twin Spindle, twin turret CNC turning centre. This addition has further increased our in-house machining capabilities.

New Spectrometer
A Polyspek Junior 2 has been added to our suite of quality assurance equipment. This new piece of equipment allows us to analyse our raw material in-house both prior to and during manufacture.
New X-Ray Machine
Kemlows have purchased and commissioned a Gilardoni Real-Time X-Ray machine to complement our in-house manufacturing quality processes. This new equipment allows us to x-ray castings during manufacture.

New CNC Machine
Kemlows have purchased and introduced a Brother Speedio S700X1 vertical machining centre. This new addition extends our range of vertical machining centres to seven.

New CMM Machine
We have upgraded our Co-ordinate Measuring Machine to a Global Advantage 5.7.5. This new machine comes with a larger table size in order for us to measure larger castings. It is also running the latest 3D software.

A Charmilles 4LC Spark Eroder has been introduced to expand our in-house Toolroom facility.
